The minimum fee for a short stay is £35.00

  • We will require a £35 deposit from all new customers before accepting their first booking.
  • The above prices are fully inclusive of all costs and insurance. (Excluding consultation and prescription charges or pre-existing conditions, and up to a maximum of £700)
  • We charge by the day, including the day of arrival and day of departure - this is to allow for essential disinfection and preparation of chalets. There is a late collection charge of £35
  • Payment in full is required on collection of your cat(s). We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Please note that although there is no charge for using a debit card, credit card transactions will incur a 2.5% surcharge. We also of course accept cash. Please note that we no longer accept personal cheques.
