The minimum fee for a short stay is 4 x daily rate

  • We will require a deposit from all new customers before accepting their first booking of the equivalent of 4 x appropriate daily rate.
  • The above prices are fully inclusive of all costs and insurance. (Excluding first £50 veterinary costs)
  • We charge by the day, including the day of arrival and day of departure - this is to allow for essential disinfection and preparation of chalets. There is a late collection charge of £35
  • Payment in full for the complete period booked, is required on collection of your cat(s). There is no reduction for early collections.
  • We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Please note that although there is no charge for using a debit card, credit card transactions will incur a 2.5% surcharge. We also of course accept cash. Please note that we no longer accept personal cheques.
